Pricing: is per person, in US$, cruise-only, based on double occupancy.

Actual savings and discounts vary by program / sailing date / cabin category selection, and may be less. Special savings discount requires a $200 deposit per person at time of booking (unless noted otherwise). Offers are subject to availability and are capacity controlled.

Other restrictions may apply per offer and/or sailing date, and Uniworld reserves the right to withdraw these offers at any time.

Your Flight

Airfare and Air Add-ons: Uniworld wants to help make your entire vacation smooth sailing, so we offer great values on airfares from most major cities in the U.S. Availability of the airfare is limited and at the time you purchase your vacation package prices may be higher. Please ask your Action Travel Consultant for the most up-to-date prices. As these airfares are subject to availability we encourage you to book early.

Please note that the "Cruise & Air" prices listed on the individual itinerary pages include airline fuel surcharges. Excluded from the "Cruise & Air" prices are government taxes and fees which vary based on a number of factors (such as origin, destination and routing). They are comprised of the following:

September 11th Security Fee: A September 11th Security Fee of up to $2.50 apples per passenger segment (maximum charge per trip - $5 one way, $10 round trip). A flight segment is defined as one takeoff and one landing.

Passenger Facility Charge: Passenger Facility Charges (PFCs) of up to $4.50 per US enplanement (maximum of $18 per itinerary). Airports use PFCs to fund FAA-approved projects that enhance safety or security or reduce noise.

Federal Domestic Flight Segment Fee: A federal domestic flight segment fee of up to $3.30 per passenger per flight segment.

US Customs Fee: $5 is charged to each passenger arriving from outside the U.S. customs territory, excluding Canada, Mexico and U.S. Caribbean.

Immigration Fee: $7 is charged for travel from any international point into the U.S.

Agriculture Inspection Fee: $5 per passenger is charged for travel from any International point into the U.S. except Canada

US or International Departure and Arrival Charges: Charges of up to $200 may apply and vary based on itinerary.

Airline Cancellations: Please refer to the Cancellation Policy section for the applicable cancellation policy and penalties.

Air Bookings, Restrictions and Changes: Airline tickets provided by Uniworld are subject to restrictions. All changes to air tickets issued by Uniworld must be processed through Uniworld. A $50 per person administrative fee and applicable airline change fees are assessed for any changes once air tickets have been issued. Airline penalties vary depending on the carrier and can be substantial. In some cases, you may lose the full value of the airfare that you purchased. For security reasons, airlines require that the first & last name on your air ticket appears exactly as it is written in your passport. Uniworld is not responsible for denied boarding or re-issue costs due to an incorrect name supplied to Uniworld. Unless otherwise specified, air transportation is Economy Class on scheduled airlines of our choice. Air carrier selection and routing is at the sole discretion of Uniworld. Though Uniworld makes every effort to use direct routings, your flight schedule may require connections, overnight travel and/or forced overnights en route to or from your final destination, which may be at your expense. Flight itineraries provided prior to ticketing are subject to change without notice. Uniworld is not responsible for any inconvenience or any costs or fees incurred by delays, lost luggage, or disruption of air service. Air transportation is subject to the terms and conditions of the airline’s ticket contract. Since Uniworld is not responsible for notifying you of flight schedule changes before or after the air tickets are issued, we recommend you contact the airline within 72 hours of departure to reconfirm your flights.
